The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Anesthesia requires payment of $50.00 for Verification of Postgraduate Training for trainees greater than 1 year post-graduation.
To submit your payment, please contact the Education Coordinator at anes-residency@uiowa.edu. Once we receive your payment, we will complete and return the verification form.
