Requirements for Fellowship Applicants

Applicants must document that they have successfully completed a Physician Assistant program that is ARC-PA accredited, or a Nurse Practitioner (NP) program accredited by AACN, ANCC or AANP (If still in training, must show the intention of being accredited at completion of degree) 

Required:

• CV/resume
• Written personal statement including background and interest in Critical Care Medicine. This statement should include reflections of a candidate's educational and career goals and why they are interested in the Fellowship program.
• 3 letters of reference (LOR)
• Interview with Fellowship Director and selected faculty members
• Acceptance decisions will be made by the APP Critical Care Fellowship Director.
